1858 1C Small Letters-High Leaves Flying Eagle Cent PCGS MS64 (PHOTO SEAL)
Choice Unc (12: 3,4,5). Very tough with the High Leaves reverse. Most all Small Letters are paired with the Low Leaves reverse. The design was changed mid-year from the Large Letters and High Leaves design to the Small Letters and Low Leaves designs. The use of older dies until they wore out created four die combinations, of which this is the scarcest. This is labeled on the holder and given its own coin number by PCGS. It is fully struck, but has some spotting by the eagle's beak.
