1858 Indian Head / Low leaves 1C Snow-PT30 J-213 Indian Cent PCGS PR65CAM (PHOTO SEAL)
Superb Gem Proof (15: 5,5,5). The rare Narrow Bust obverse which is the exact type adopted in 1859. The reverse is the Low Leaves design adopted in 1858 for the Small Letters Flying Eagle. Only 10 examples are believed to have been struck with this being by far the finest known. It is even the finest if you group all J-213 examples which are mostly broad bust obverses. All other examples of Snow-PT30 have dull mirrors. This example is stunning!
