1857 Obv of 1856 1C S-2d Flying Eagle Cent PCGS MS65+ (PHOTO SEAL)
Superb Gem Unc (13: 4,5,4) . FS-401b. Well struck with hardly a mark. Could be a MS66. The Obverse style of 1856 is identified by the different lettering style. Most obvious is the square inside to the letter O in OF. There are other differences as well. These are struck from dies made in 1856 and left undated until 1857. This is the finest example graded for the Obv. of 1856 type.
