This volume describes and rates all the premium value varietioes in the Indian Cent series dring the tumultious Reconstruction era and the beginings of what Mark Twain called "The Guilded Age" of the 1880's. Information about counterfeits is presented as well as historical information regarding the gold and silver debates of the era.

Vol. 4 Will cover the years 1890-1909, with the reprinted information from 1900-1909 (from vol. 6) enhanced with additional information similar to vol. 3. Expect it to be released in 2008.
